Dan works with individuals in a variety of ways. Confidential one-on-one sessions based on a number of assessments form a bond of trust that allows the client to move forward unlocking the roadblocks that are keeping the client “stuck” in their present situation.
The individual sessions are ideal for executives looking to hone their leadership skills or discover new ways to motivate their sales teams; For business owners who want to take their companies to new heights; For sales professionals who are looking to break into new levels of performance; For entrepreneurs who are in need of clarity, focus, guidance and accountability. Dan works with these types of professionals and many others to reach the goals and objectives that they have set for themselves and their companies.
Dan can work with you in person, over the phone or via Skype. Whatever method you choose you will find Dan to be a great listener, and an invaluable partner in your personal and professional growth.
Dan’s process uses may tools. One valuable tool is an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment. This is an attitudinal assessment that is different than a personality assessment such as Myers Briggs or DISC. The ELI measures the attitude through perception and perspective of the individual’s life showing the individual’s amount of stress levels, what might be the cause of the stress levels, and how long an individual stays at that level. This is extremely valuable to understand how it impacts decisions that each person needs to make.
A number of other tools include assessments regarding value systems, overall life issues, and internal thought patterns. These tools are valuable to understand the total person, their decision making process and their character.
