Dan works with companies either in a direct one-on-one basis or as a group setting. His main objective is to address the concerns and issues of the company. Dan is also skilled at working with companies that have merged and are combining their staff, their resources and their vision. He has vast experience working with all levels of management from the CEO to the mailroom supervisor. Since Dan has engaged with many of the C-level executives and business owners, and has been one himself, he truly understands their dilemma’s of business. Entrepreneur- Dan has worked with many start-ups achieving success. Small Business- Dan works with many small businesses and routinely speaks with small business owners on a weekly basis understanding their concerns and needs in building greater value within their company preparing for their eventual exit. Corporate- Dan has been a manager within worldwide conglomerate companies such as Siemens and Lucent, and his experience inside the walls learning from the best executives in the world has broadened his knowledge of how a large corporation operates.
